Open from breakfast to dinner, our restaurant offers generous family cuisine punctuated by the fresh arrivals of the day. With us, gourmet breaks are sacred and you can take them in the heart of our tropical garden, on the edge of the view or with your feet in the sand.
On the "raw" side we find the tuna tartare, fish carpaccio and poke bowl. Those with a sweet tooth will be tempted by our wagyu burger, crying tiger or half-lobster spaghetti.
We lean on the pass and discuss the day's suggestions, traditional Caribbean preparations with seared octopus flambéed with loin, pistachio-crusted mahi-mahi and sautéed vegetables.
As for desserts, we succumb to the praline choux, the passion-mango pavlova or the unmissable chocolate fondant cake.
